This position offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely while attending the office in Dublin just once a month. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for a creative and motivated individual passionate about driving brand engagement through compelling digital content.

Role Overview:

As the Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our client's brand vision and marketing strategy. Your focus will be on creating impactful digital assets that resonate with their target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital content strategies to promote brand messaging across social media, websites, and other online channels.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and optimize content that aligns with marketing goals.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with digital content trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Certifications in marketing (degree not essential but advantageous).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate previous work through a portfolio or examples of past projects.
• Creative mindset, excellent storytelling abilities, and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the marketing team.
• Willingness to work remotely with one day per month in the Dublin office.
